Description: MidKent College is a proud partner of the South East Institute of Technology, specialising in the delivery of Construction and Engineering higher education at our Maidstone campus. We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Lecturer to join our dedicated team of academic staff. The College has benefitted from substantial investment in recent years, resulting in enhanced specialist teaching facilities, laboratories, equipment and resources, including Lucas-Nülle training rigs, an Industry 4.0 modelling unit, and advanced engineering software. The successful candidate will take the lead on the Pearson HNC in Electrical Engineering. This programme is delivered on a day-release basis over two years to higher-level apprentices and employer-sponsored students. Applicants must have the knowledge, experience, and capability to design, deliver, and assess the following modules:

Candidates with experience in teaching mechanical or manufacturing engineering disciplines will be at a distinct advantage.

This post is 26 hours 52 weeks per year.
