What you will do

• Collaborate directly with commercial and product teams to iterate on homegrown MES software based on real‑world user feedback.

The ideal candidate

• 5‑8 years of full‑stack experience with a track record of shipping high‑quality web and mobile products in fast‑paced environments.
• Highly proficient with modern TypeScript ecosystems (React, tRPC, Tailwind, Postgres) and enthusiastic about using AI development tools daily.
• Self‑organized engineer with strong product instincts who thrives in a hierarchy‑free environment and can drive work forward without supervision.
