Responsibilities

• Overseeing all manufacturing and production processes / 統籌各項生產流程與安排
• Designing new processes to improve quality, increase productivity and profitability / 設計新的流程以改進品質、增加生產力與獲利率
• Planning and managing rota to fulfil production demands / 規劃與管理班表以滿足產能需求
• Continuously monitoring production quality, costs, progress and onsite management on a daily basis / 每日不間斷地監督生產質量、成本、進程與現場管理
• Striving to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines / 矢言減少開銷並增進全產品的產能
• Working closely with senior management and other heads of departments to improve production efficiency, requirements, timelines and costs / 與資深管理層及其他部門主管協調合作，促進生產效能、需求、時效與成本
• Implementing safety, health, environment, and quality requirements / 創建實施安全、健康、環境與質量的要求
• Developing and implementing steps to complete training programmes / 建立與執行培訓步驟與計畫
• Developing excellent leadership and communication skills to liaise effectively with all stakeholders / 建立良好的領導統御與溝通能力，以有效地聯繫利害關係單位
• Building comprehensive production strategies and sustainable plans by using external & internal resources, forecasts and historical figures / 利用內外部資源、預測以及歷史數據，建立全面性的生產策略與永續性的計畫
• Produce relevant reports on a regular basis and optimise forms and procedures / 定期生成報表，並且優化相關表格與流程
• Choosing and leading large project teams / 挑選並領導大型專案團隊
• Taking part in project meetings, site visits, and noting any adjustments and additions to the project / 參與專案會議、訪查場地、紀錄相關專案的調整與進程
• Organising all project-related paperwork / 梳理統籌專案相關的文件
• Using real-time data collection to increase accuracy and lower labour costs / 使用實時數據收集以增進正確率並降低人員成本
• Negotiating with suppliers and contractors / 與供應商以及承包商協商價格與服務
• Coordinating all project team members so workflow remains on schedule / 與所有專案成員協作以確保工作流程按計畫進行

Requirements

• Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Office, SAP
• Must be able to work flexibly, when necessary
• Excellent communication skills in both writing and verbal
• Strong work ethics, responsible, reliable and positive
• Must be able to work legally in the United Kingdom

Language Requirements

• Mandarin Chinese (fluent) – essential
• English (fluent)
• Any other languages will be a plus
