Air Conditioning Service And Maintenance Engineer

We are a friendly, growing, forward-thinking Air Conditioning specialist. Due to our success we are looking to recruit a reliable and experienced Air Conditioning Service & Maintenance Engineer to join our team.

Role: Planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding and repairs on a range of systems (Essex and surrounds). Occasional minor installation work.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair air‑con systems (split, multi‑split, VRV/VRF).
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs.
• Complete PPM visits and respond to breakdown calls.
• Maintain a high standard of H+S.
• Communicate professionally with customers and complete job reports accurately.

Requirements

• Proven experience.
• F‑Gas Cat 1 certification (essential).
• NVQ Level 2/3 preferred.
• Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Professional, reliable and customer focused.
