We are seeking a Workshop Manager to lead and oversee the end‑to‑end repair and refurbishment operations for a major public transport technology programme. This role provides strategic and operational leadership to the workshop organisation, ensuring the effective repair of assets, strong performance management, and high‑quality technical outputs. The Workshop Manager will guide a multi‑tiered team comprising workshop team leaders, repair engineers, technical specialists, and administrative staff, as well as act as the primary management point for the logistics subcontractors.
