Air Conditioning Engineer

Overview

We are recruiting for a Senior Air Conditioning / HVAC / Refrigeration Service Engineer to join a growing contractor working across large commercial sites including universities and government buildings.

This role focuses on service, maintenance and fault finding of commercial HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance and repair of HVAC systems
• Fault finding on air conditioning and refrigeration equipment
• Working on VRF / VRV systems, split systems, chillers, AHUs and CRAC units
• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Reactive maintenance and breakdown response
• Working across large commercial environments

Requirements

• Experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer / HVAC Engineer / Refrigeration Engineer
• Strong fault finding and diagnostic skills
• Experience working on commercial systems including VRF, VRV, chillers and AHUs
• F-Gas certification
• Full UK driving licence
• Based within commuting distance of Hertford

Package

• £50,000 – £55,000 basic salary
• Overtime available
• Company vehicle
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
• £7 daily lunch allowance
