Electrical Maintenance Engineer

£50,000 | Monday to Friday, 8:00-17:00

We’re looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a respected facilities management business on a prestigious London portfolio in the City of London. This is working in a professional, client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance across electrical systems
• Working on LV systems, lighting, UPS, generators, AHUs, FCUs, and general building services
• Managing subcontractors and ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards
• Using the BMS and CAFM systems to monitor performance and close out tickets
• Maintaining plant rooms to a high standard and ensuring compliance at all times

Qualifications

• Fully qualified (Level 3 City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience within building services or facilities maintenance
• Good understanding of health & safety and permit-to-work systems
• Client‑facing with a professional, proactive approach
