What will you deliver?
- Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor
- Provide technical engineering support within the Hard FM Services department by carrying out preventive maintenance to deadline and maintain paperwork to support PPM activities
- Respond to reactive and emergency faults and conduct reactive maintenance work to ensure compliance with KPI’s
- Manage sub‑contractors as necessary working to a safe system of work and permit‑to‑work system
- Undertake AP/RP duties for the disciplines for which you have been appointed
- Work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with a requirement to participate in the out of hours on‑call rota and be able to respond/attend site within one hour of the call
Who are we looking for?
- Must hold a recognised mechanical trade apprenticeship and/or relevant qualifications to level 3 (theory and practice) in a relevant mechanical discipline with suitable industry experience; AP in HV desirable; F‑gas qualification essential
- Experience in building services maintenance is essential
- Willingness to attain cross‑skilling and IT Literate
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Demonstrate good planning, organising and prioritising skills
- Ability to show examples of using initiative and judgement to resolve problems
- Experience in a Healthcare environment an advantage
- Must have a good understanding of health & safety best practice; formal training an advantage
