The Role
As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for the installation, servicing, and maintenance of specialist HVAC, ensuring high standards and customer satisfaction at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Installing, commissioning, servicing, and repairing HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the product range and perform root cause analysis
- Provide concise and accurate reports on work performed on-site, completing all associated job paperwork accurately and on time
- Provide excellent on-site customer support and technical advice
- Identify opportunities to recommend upgrades or additional services
- Support internal teams with detailed fault analysis and reporting
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety and ISO standards

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a field service engineering role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (essential)
- Solid understanding of engineering principles and technical processes, particularly within relevant industries such as manufacturing, construction, or mechanical services
- Mechanical and/or electrical engineering background
- 18th Edition (desirable)
- Valid CSCS card (or equivalent)
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role
