Overview
Mechanical Project Engineer – Wastewater (SSA is recruiting for a leading Civil Engineering & Utilities contractor who are looking to add a Mechanical Engineer to their MEICA team, working on various Treatment Works upgrade projects as part of their ongoing AMP7 & AMP8 frameworks across the London region.).
The role will involve: leading design coordination, procurement, overseeing works on site, DfMA/OSB, commissioning and handover processes. Responsibilities
- Leading contractor working on long-term Southern Water projects
- Coordination of design, procurement, overseeing works on site, DfMA/OSB, commissioning & handover processes
- Ensuring high-level HSEQ standards (with adherence to DSEAR)
- Technical oversight on the projects (design, engineering, calculations, specifications etc)
- Coordinate work within multi-disciplinary teams (e.g., process, civil, electrical, and ICA)
Qualifications
- Degree / HNC / HND in Mechanical Engineering
- Clean/Wastewater experience (beneficial)
