Gas Service Engineer

Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established National Heating contractor operating within the Local Authority sector.

They require a self-employed Domestic Gas Service Engineer to carry out annual Landlord Gas Safety Registrations for a Local Council.

Parking and congestion fully paid by the company.

Contract work with a £125 per day retainer guaranteed plus LGSR’s price per job.

Contract Details

• Work Type: Annual Landlord Gas Safety Registrations – pre-booked appointments via app
• Location: Southeast London
• Working days: Monday to Friday (5 days per week)
• Rates: £23.50 per completed LGSR (average 10-12 completed LGSR’s per day)
• Payment Terms: Weekly one week in hand

Requirements

• Experience servicing boilers and gas appliances
• Domestic ACS qualifications including CKR1 and HTR1
• Gas Safe Registration
• Own van or car permitted
• Calibrated Flue Gas Analyser
• Public Liability Insurance – £2,000,000
