• Framework Architecture: Design and enhance automated testing frameworks using various programming languages and paradigms.
• Strategic Validation: Formulate and implement testing strategies across complex backend and API systems.
• Quality Evangelism: Provide authoritative advice on systems testing and champion “automation-first” best practices.
• Agile Leadership: Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, acceptance criteria, and technical estimates.
• Performance & Risk: Implement robust non-functional testing and monitor standards to mitigate risk through automation.
