Salary: Circa £55,000 depending on experience
Dynamic (hybrid) working: 4-5 days per week on-site due to workload classification
Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship
Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. All successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.

The opportunity:
The C2 sub-system is the core of the weapon system, responsible for threat assessment and engagement management in complex scenarios.
Working in the C2 domain at MBDA offers the chance to engage with all aspects of product development and deliver vital capabilities to protect nations.
As a C2 Validation and Verification Engineer, you will support product development by defining test scenarios and success criteria, ensuring the C2 system meets its requirements. You will also develop verification plans in coordination with the equipment Design Authority.
What we’re looking for from you:
- Experience in systems design or engineering for software-based equipment
- Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with SysML, Rhapsody, and DOORS tools is desirable; training will be provided if needed
