A well-regarded construction consultancy based in Sevenoaks is seeking a Project Manager or early Senior Project Manager to join their expanding team. The 'Project Manager's' role

The Project Manager will manage projects from feasibility through to completion, coordinating design teams and managing stakeholders. The Project Manager will ensure delivery in line with programme, cost, and quality expectations.

Responsibilities

• Procurement
• Contract administration (JCT)
• Reporting
• Overseeing construction progress on site
• Manage multiple projects across various sectors

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or similar.
• Experience across sectors such as education, office, retail, or residential.
• Working towards or holding MRICS, MAPM, or equivalent is desirable.
• Ambitious, organised, and confident managing multiple stakeholders.
