Production Manager

Overview

Are you a Fabrication, Welding or Workshop Production Manager looking for your next permanent position?

Have you got a good history of managing in a Workshop environment previously?

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of industrial production
• Work closely with design to interpret technical drawings
• Develop and implement production schedules
• Drive continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with EN1090 & ISO 9001
• Mentor staff including, welders, fabricators and operators
• Oversee inventory and coordinate with procurement
• Monitor KPI's and report to senior management
• Ensure products are manufactured to specification, on time and to the highest standards of quality and safety

Salary - £45,000 - £50,000 dependant on experience
