Injection Mould Toolroom Maintenance Engineer

Please note this position will be on a 3-shift rotation, alternating weekly between afternoons (14:00-22:00), mornings (06:00-14:00) and nights (22:00-06:00).

Main purpose of the job

Provide advanced technical support for the maintenance, optimisation, and continuous improvement of injection mould tools, ensuring tools consistently meet performance, safety, quality, and reliability standards.

Act as the key technical link between Toolroom, Process Engineering, and Production, resolving complex tooling issues and ensuring tools are fully capable for efficient manufacturing

Support Technicians and Setters by providing technical guidance, sharing expertise and building capability within the wider team.

Ensure all tooling‑related activities are carried out with high standards of accuracy, documentation, and professionalism.

Contribute to the introduction, commissioning, and ongoing maturity of new and refurbished mould tools.
