Responsibilities
- Overseeing mechanical trades on a commercial office fit-out in the City of London.
- Starting in April, with ongoing work available.
- Manage project activities to ensure delivery to scope, schedule, and budget.
Qualifications
- Valid CSCS (black preferred).
- SMSTS.
- Mechanical trade background (heating, plumbing, ventilation, air conditioning).
- Proven experience managing commercial fit-out projects.
Details
- Working hours: 8-hour days.
- Day rate: £300 per day (negotiable DOE).
