Responsibilities

• Overseeing mechanical trades on a commercial office fit-out in the City of London.
• Starting in April, with ongoing work available.
• Manage project activities to ensure delivery to scope, schedule, and budget.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS (black preferred).
• SMSTS.
• Mechanical trade background (heating, plumbing, ventilation, air conditioning).
• Proven experience managing commercial fit-out projects.

Details

• Working hours: 8-hour days.
• Day rate: £300 per day (negotiable DOE).
