Location: Knightsbridge, London

Hours: Monday to Friday – Split Days (7:00am–4:00pm / 9:00am–6:00pm)

Salary: £46,000 + Plenty of Overtime Available

We are currently seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a professional on‑site maintenance team at a prestigious property in Knightsbridge. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer looking for a stable Monday–Friday role with strong earning potential through overtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical building services.
• Maintaining systems such as lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, fire alarm systems, and control panels.
• Fault finding, testing, and repairing electrical systems and equipment.
• Supporting the wider engineering team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the building.
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations and site procedures.
• Accurately completing maintenance logs, test records, and documentation.

Requirements

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential).
• Previous experience working in building services maintenance (commercial or high‑end residential preferred).
• Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills.
• Good understanding of electrical systems, distribution boards, and building controls.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
