Field Service Engineer – Bristol – From £36,450 per annum – Permanent

Being a Field Service Engineer means so much more than maintaining our Costa Express equipment. It’s your chance to solve problems, be accountable for the equipment in your patch, and get ahead of the curve – which means you’ll be:

  • Diagnosing faults to repair or replace the equipment that keeps customers enjoying their coffee
  • Communicating issues, problems and solutions through escalation points

  • An agile worker with experience using service equipment in an electrical or mechanical engineering role
  • An efficiency expert ready to keep our equipment operating effectively

Training

We believe in developing and investing in talent! As we continue our journey of growth, it is important to us that we invest in our Field Service Engineers. Our City & Guilds Assured training programme has been developed to help you reach your full potential, and we have a world‑class academy where we deliver your technical learning bespoke to each machine proposition. Prior to your technical academy training you will be accompanied by a Field Service Engineer to observe the role and responsibilities. You will experience hands‑on learning with our IT platforms out in the field. Then you will join our Technical Trainers and receive in‑depth training in our Loudwater Academy – encompassing servicing & maintaining our fleet, fault finding using your technical knowledge. You will be supported and coached by our champions in the field to embed your learning, build your confidence and you will have access to our digital platform that will support you day to day. Our training programme meets the global quality standards set by City & Guilds and enables continuous improvement.

Working pattern

37.5 hours a week, 1/4 weekends
