Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm (42.5 hours per week)

Role Responsibilities
- Understand and adhere to all aspects of Health and Safety, Risk Assessments, and Method Statements
- Maintaining accurate data using a mobile device (customer, asset & contract information)
- Carrying out site surveys and providing relevant information to the office
- Actively be aware of opportunities to promote
- Perform Servicing and Commissioning of pumps and pressurised systems
- Perform fault finding and repairs of pumps and pressurised systems
- Assist with on-site installation of pumps and pressurised systems
- Complete and submit all required paperwork
- Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary actions
- Provide accurate information to the relevant department or Manager
- Provide training and guidance to colleagues
Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge of pumps and pressurised systems
- Servicing and Commissioning of pumps and pressurised systems
- Fault finding and minor repairs of pumps and pressurised systems
- UK Driving Licence
- Organised and self‑motivated
- Attention to detail
- Customer focused
- A pleasant and friendly 'can‑do' attitude
- Health and Safety training required for the role
- Good time keeping
- Be flexible and adaptable
