This role is for a skilled Mechanical Project Manager / Site Manager / Mechanical Project Engineer ready to advance to a full Project Manager position. The successful candidate will oversee Mechanical projects across Scotland, with direct access to senior management and opportunities for growth.

Your role

• Deliver small Mechanical packages onsite and in the office.
• Manage costs, schedules, and commissioning with support from the management team.
• Work closely with the business owner and wider team as you grow into the full Project Manager position.

Qualifications

• Mechanical background with experience running elements of projects, ideally as a Project Engineer or Site Manager.
• Strong understanding of drawings, tenders, and installation stages.
• A proactive, ambitious mindset with the desire to step up into full project management.
• Experience overseeing contractors.
