Salary: £33,000 – 36,000 + progression, training, flexitime and life insurance.

Location: Manchester – commutable from Middleton, Chadderton, Oldham, Ashton-under-Lyne, Denton, Simister, Audenshaw, Stretford.

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Production Planner with hands‑on engineering experience to manage and coordinate manufacturing operations within our planning department. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Planning and Procurement and enjoy progression and development opportunities within a global company.

Responsibilities

• Production planning, coordination, control and management of manufacturing operations within the planning department.
• Reporting to the Head of Planning and Procurement.
• 36 hour week (Monday‑Friday) with flexitime.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a planning position within a manufacturing environment.
• Hands‑on engineering background.
• Experience with MRP / ERP systems.
