About Pell Frischmann

Pell Frischmann is a specialist advisory and technical consultancy operating across the built and natural environment, helping to shape a better future for the communities in which we work. We offer consultancy services, with access to specialist sister companies and partners, to support both public and private‑sector clients across a range of sectors, including buildings, infrastructure and regeneration.

Founded in 1926, the firm has a unique heritage of delivering client‑focused solutions that combine commercial awareness, sustainable aspirations and an innovative approach. Pell Frischmann is a part of RSBG SE, the patient capital investment arm of the RAG‑Stiftung, whose mission is to generate sustainable funds for the foundation and to support the environmental and social commitments arising from the closure of Germany’s coal mining industry.

About The Role

We are seeking a Senior or Principal Flood Risk Consultant to join one of our Birmingham, Croydon, Exeter, Manchester or Wakefield offices. The ideal candidate will have a strong drainage design background and expertise in hydraulic modelling and drainage network 3D modelling. The role involves working extensively with teams across all UK offices, liaising with clients and leading the delivery of technical input.

The successful applicant will manage medium‑sized projects or several smaller projects with complex features, ensuring that scope, cost and timelines are respected. You will support the wider multidisciplinary project team, drive quality against engineering practice, health & safety legislation and relevant codes, and contribute to business development and client relationship building.
