Field Service Coffee Engineer
Location: Cambridgeshire & East Anglia
Salary: Circa £35,000 (depending on experience)
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Field Service Coffee Engineer to join our growing team, covering Cambridgeshire and the wider East Anglia region. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer with a strong background in servicing and maintaining traditional espresso machines, with occasional work on bean‑to‑cup equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintain, and repair traditional espresso coffee machines
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults
- Carry out installations and routine maintenance visits
- Provide excellent on‑site customer service and support
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes
Requirements
- Proven experience working on traditional coffee machines (essential)
- Basic knowledge of bean‑to‑cup machines (desirable)
- Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently in a field‑based role
- Good communication and customer service skills
