Expleo are seeking a highly organised and proactive Powertrain Engineer, based in Warwickshire on a Contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of a strategic approach to powertrain integration
- Technical project management working with stakeholders identify alignment on key technologies
- Lead the integration of Motorsport led, powertrain activities into Off-Cycle agile structure
- Lead the identification and definition of aligned electrified powertrain technologies and supporting test methods and tools between motorsport and passenger car applications
- Identify and facilitate opportunities to improve motorsport programme performance
- Establish opportunities to advance powertrain technology roadmap
- Technical project management of early phase delivery
- Lead regular reporting across core and motorsport programs
Qualifications and Skills
- Ideally hold a Degree qualification in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- Automotive engineering experience, with a focus on electrified powertrains
- Electrical engineering experience with a focus on automotive applicationExperience in Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) Propulsion systems, system integration and technology roadmap
- Ability to manage projects across diverse teams and an ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Strong interpersonal skill and excellent communication
