Duties

• Monitor project progress and coordinate with main contractors, stakeholders, and the Assistant Operations Manager (AOM) to ensure smooth operations.
• Enforce SOPs and ISO compliance to maintain work quality, safety standards, and reduce rectification costs.
• Supervise daily operations, assign tasks to foremen and workers, and conduct toolbox meetings.
• Ensure legal, safety, and training requirements are met, including risk assessments, inspections, permit‑to‑work systems, and incident investigations.
• Submit rectification reports and monthly repair cost updates to AOM.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while fostering a positive, motivated, and innovative team culture.
• Oversee batching plant operations, ensuring accurate chemical dosing, proper equipment maintenance, and quality concrete output.
• Carry out additional tasks as directed by the AOM.

Requirements

• Class 3 License
• Prior related working experience
