The Role

As Repairs Lead in Bristol, you will carry out major repairs to lifts, plan jobs to ensure parts are available, supervise and develop a Repairs Mate, deliver accurate paperwork and occasionally stand in as part of the local on‑call rota.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out major repairs to lifts within allocated area.
• Plan jobs to ensure parts are available and deliver repairs safely, on time and within budget.
• Deliver accurate and timely paperwork supporting the company’s work procedures.
• Stand in as part of the local service team on‑call rota in exceptional circumstances.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering.
• Experience working with lifts.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Clean UK driving licence.
• Flexible hours.
