We're partnering with a globally recognised aerospace manufacturer in Denham to recruit a Maintenance Engineer. This role focuses on planned preventative maintenance and first‑line breakdown support across a range of production equipment used to manufacture safety‑critical components for military aviation.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance across a variety of manufacturing and workshop machinery
• Complete routine servicing, inspections, and scheduled maintenance tasks
• Provide first‑line fault‑finding and breakdown response
• Deliver both electrical and mechanical maintenance within the production facility
• Use hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and general testing devices
• Maintain equipment to a high standard, minimising downtime
• Work in line with Health & Safety regulations and ensure machinery compliance

Required experience

• Background in maintaining production, manufacturing, or industrial equipment
• Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
• Confident using hand tools and general electrical/mechanical testing equipment
• GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent)
• Good manual dexterity
