Shift Pattern
- Week 1: Monday–Friday, 06:00 – 14:00
- Week 2: Monday–Thursday, 14:00 – 22:30 | Friday, 14:00 – 19:30
Syntech Recruitment are supporting a manufacturing client in the Seasalter area seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to support plant reliability, equipment performance, and continuous improvement across site operations.
Maintenance Engineer Responsibilities
- A balanced split of PPM and reactive maintenance
- Fault finding across electrical and mechanical systems
- Working on a range of equipment including automation, hydraulics and pneumatics
- Supporting ongoing improvements and site upgrades
- Using a CMMS system to manage and prioritise work
- Collaborating with production and engineering teams to keep things running smoothly
Maintenance Engineer Experience
- Experience in a maintenance engineering role (electrical or multi-skilled)
- Background within manufacturing or industrial environments
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability
- Someone reliable, proactive and comfortable working independently
