Responsibilities
- Servicing, maintaining, and fault-finding on a range of fire alarm systems
- Commissioning fire alarm systems to a high standard
- Supporting junior engineers and acting as a technical lead when required
- Ensuring all work complies with industry regulations and company standards
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer within the fire and security industry
- Strong commissioning experience with fire alarm systems (essential)
- In-depth knowledge of fire safety standards and regulations
- Ability to work independently across a designated patch
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
