Voice Support Engineer
London
Upto 40K per annum
We're looking for a Voice Support Engineer to join our client supporting banks, hedge funds, and brokers across the City of London.
The Role
- Providing 1st & 2nd line technical support to clients
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently
- Supporting and monitoring firewall infrastructure (Juniper or similar)
- Working with voice trading systems (dealer boards, turrets, voice recording)
- Collaborating with engineers and assisting with account management
- Delivering excellent customer service via phone and onsite when required
You
- Fluent French speaker
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Interest in networking & voice technologies
- Knowledge of SIP, Wireshark, IP networking
- Familiarity with trader voice systems (highly desirable)
- Exposure to VMware, Cisco, or firewall technologies is a plus
- CCNA/CVOICE or similar certifications (advantageous)
