Job Title: Multi‑Skilled Engineer

Location: Green Park, London

Salary: 45,000 per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Overtime: Readily available

About The Role

We are currently seeking a talented Multi‑Skilled Engineer to join a prestigious corporate office building in Green Park, London. This landlord‑only site spans 7 floors and offers a professional, well‑managed working environment. You will be the primary on‑site engineer, supported by a Supervisor, giving you a high level of autonomy while still having guidance when needed. This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer who enjoys a varied role across both electrical and mechanical disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
  • Work across both electrical and mechanical building services
  • Maintain and repair HVAC systems, pumps, and associated plant
  • Support with cooling towers and water systems maintenance
  • Carry out basic Legionella compliance tasks
  • Ensure all works are completed in line with health & safety regulations
  • Maintain accurate records and logbooks

Requirements

  • Recognised engineering qualification (Electrical or Mechanical? City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in a commercial building services environment
  • Multi‑skilled with both electrical and mechanical knowledge
  • Experience with HVAC, pumps, and plant equipment
  • Legionella awareness (L8) desirable
  • Strong fault‑finding ability and proactive approach
  • Comfortable working independently as the sole on‑site engineer
