Electrical Project Manager (or Step-Up Opportunity) – Southampton – £55,000 – £60,000 + package

The Role

You’ll take responsibility for delivering electrical projects from start through to completion, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

• Manage programmes, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, oversee site activity, and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Produce RAMS, manage health & safety on site, run toolbox talks, and oversee project costs and variations.

What They’re Looking For

• Background in electrical installation and either be working as a Project Manager already or operating at Supervisor level with experience running projects.
• Strong communication and organisational skills, along with a hands-on approach and the confidence to take ownership of delivery.
• An ECS card and full UK driving licence are required. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent is preferred.

What’s on Offer

You’ll be offered a salary between £55,000 – £60,000, alongside a company vehicle, pension, private healthcare, and a stable long-term opportunity within a growing business.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, with a mix of office and site-based work.
