Field Service Engineer (Plumber / Water Treatment / Electric). Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 Starting Salary + salary reviews. Benefits include top of the range company van, life insurance, medical cash back, 20+8 days starting rising to 40 days holiday with service, profit-based bonus (9% in 2025).

Workshop and Home Based, covering the South UK, commutable from Gloucester, Bristol, Filton, Chepstow, Swindon, Cirencester, Oxford, Bridgewater, Cheltenham and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance and repair of commercial plant rooms and swimming pool systems.


• Cover a local area with no stays away; on-call rota 1 in 5 (£100 per day + £150 per callout + overtime).


• Full product training in-house and from original equipment experts.

Requirements

• Holds a UK driver's licence.


• Looking for a small specialist engineering provider.

This role is suitable for a Field Service Engineer, Plumber, Water Treatment Engineer, Electrician's Mate or Commercial Electrician seeking heavy investment in technical development, local coverage, limited overnight stays, and potential to increase earnings through overtime and bonus while progressing toward a senior engineer role in a new industry.
