Your role

• Research topics and collate data to identify recommendations for substation development
• Evaluate transmission and distribution networks for new grid connections
• Develop designs for substations and electrical networks
• Get involved in project management, bidding and potential secondments, offering varied internal and client experience
• Participate in business development activities, such as the Net Zero Superheroes school competition or Engineering Net Zero thought leadership

• Seek professional accreditation (where applicable)
• Embrace agile ways of working and learn new technologies
• Commit to spending a minimum of three days a week in the office or on client site, as project dependent
• Minimum BEng in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems or Renewable Energy
