We are currently looking for a motivated Junior Mechanical Design Engineer. In this role you will be responsible for the design of the assigned mechanical and composite parts.

Design & Engineering

Support in deriving detailed design specifications for subsystems based on vehicle‑level requirements.

Responsible for executing detailed design tasks under guidance, including hand calculations and the production of accurate detail drawings.

Contribute to design reviews, ensuring that safety, reliability, performance and manufacturability targets are considered.

Under supervision and guidance from senior designers prepare documentation for component testing and trackside activities.

Help addressing quality issues during production through investigation and corrective‑action support.

Stay informed of relevant technologies and design standards as part of ongoing development.

Collaboration, Performance & Operations

Work closely with concept, vehicle performance, and aerodynamics teams to support the integration of suspension and driver‑control components.

Assist in interactions with suppliers and technical partners under the direction of senior engineers/team leader.

Collaborate with the reliability and quality assurance teams to address faults and resolve quality issues identified during inspections or on‑track operations.

Provide occasional remote support from the factory (Operations Room) during selected race or track events.

Demonstrate flexibility in working hours and responsibilities, depending on project and operational needs.

Teamwork & Culture
