Commercial Gas Engineer

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join a National Facilities company based in the Hertfordshire / North London area.

Basic salary up to £55k, with benefits and career development.

Role Overview

As a Commercial Gas Service Engineer you will ideally have 5 to 10 years of experience servicing and fault finding on a range of Commercial Heating / Boiler systems and associated Mechanical HVAC plant.

Location

Ideal candidate will live within a reasonable distance of Stevenage and be expected to cover contracts in Hertfordshire, parts of Cambridgeshire, Essex, and North London.

Qualifications

• Commercial: CODNCO1 or COCN1, CCP1, ICAE1, CIGA1, TPCP1A, ICPN1, CORT1, CDGA1
• Oil Fired and/or OFTEC (advantage)
• Electrical 18th edition (advantage)

Standby

• Standby is 1 in 8, £125 a week on call, plus minimum 4 hours 1st call paid at enhanced overtime rates.

Equipment

• Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer supplied with a Smartphone/Tablet, uniform, PPE, all calibrated tools, gas analyser etc and a van with fuel card.
