Role Overview
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Manufacturing Operations Manager leads a dedicated team covering manufacturing, engineering and purchasing and sits on the Senior Leadership Team.
Responsible for developing and implementing the manufacturing operations strategy for the site.
Key Tasks
- Continue significant levels of investment in new skills, people and equipment
- Introduce structural and cultural change within a highly profitable but traditional manufacturing environment
- Drive continuous improvement
- Lead a 50‑strong workforce in pursuit of greater profitability and performance

- Experienced hands‑on Manufacturing Operations professional used to a fast paced, customer‑focused, market‑leader environment
- Excited about introducing change, developing people and driving continuous improvement
- Successful track record of creating lean and customer‑focused manufacturing operations
