In this role, you’ll own the technical relationship with key customers, acting as the link between site and customer to make sure everything lands as it should. Whether it’s product launches, specifications, or day to day issues, you’ll be the one keeping things aligned, on track, and moving forward.
This is a role for someone who enjoys pace and visibility. You’ll be working across technical, operations, and commercial teams, managing critical paths, supporting launches, and stepping in when things need sorting. It’s not just about process, it’s about communication, ownership, and getting things done properly.
You’ll also get involved in analysing trends, supporting investigations, and driving improvements, making sure the same problems do not keep coming back.
