Fiekd Service Engineer

Covering Oxford and Birmingham (M40 corridor areas).

The role involves working on an allocated service route and attending customer sites to carry out service, repair and installation work.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting demonstrations of equipment.
  • Attending customers sites for routine servicing.
  • Accurately administering installation, service, and repair activities through company systems.
  • Supporting efficient organisation of work routines for employees within the team.
  • Effectively managing time to meet deadlines.
  • Consistently delivering superior customer service.

Experience Required

  • Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role.
  • Previous electrical and mechanical experience; ideally 3‑phase experience.
  • Strong electrical and mechanical skills.
  • Ability to show initiative and adapt to frequently changing requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow company procedures and client specifications accurately and safely.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to learn and attend training.
