Fabrication Supervisor
Location: Mansfield
Salary: £37,000 - £38,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Thursday 07:15 to 16:00, Friday 07:15 to 15:00
The Role
Hands‑on role leading a fabrication team on the shop floor.
- Lead welders and fabricators
- Read and interpret engineering drawings
- Plan jobs, labour and materials
- Estimate build times
- Support quality and production
- Maintain health and safety standards
About You
- Background in fabrication and welding
- Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Senior Fabricator
- Confident reading engineering drawings
- Experience with time studies or estimating
- Strong knowledge of welding processes and materials
