Job Title: Site Manager / Construction Supervisor

Location: London (Site Based / Sporadically work from Office)

Job Type: Full-time, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and hands‑on Site Manager / Construction Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple active residential construction sites. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering high-quality work, and is confident coordinating teams and site activities across primarilyredisenial in natureincluding loft conversions,extensionand homerenovationprojects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily site operations and ensure projects run smoothly
  • Take a hands‑on approach, supporting trades where required
  • Ensure all works are completed in line with project plans and schedules
  • Monitor and enforce health & safety standards in accordance with company procedures
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site logistics
  • Organise and carry out deliveries of materials to site as needed
  • Travel between sites to oversee and facilitate ongoing works
  • Monitor quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications
  • Maintain site cleanliness, organisation, and security
  • Identify and resolve on-site issues, escalating where necessary
  • Keep accurate records, including site photos and progress updates
  • Assist with snagging, inspections, and final project handover

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar site management or supervisory role ideal – open to various levels of experience (Site-based and office-based backgrounds)
  • Good understanding of construction processes
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work across different active sites
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Hands‑on, proactive, and problem‑solving mindset
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Right to work in UK (essential)
  • Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Saturday 1/2 day, if required or desirable)
