About the Role:

As part of our Graduate Development Programme, you will be immersed in a fast‑paced and rewarding environment, working on innovative projects that are transforming the energy landscape. You will gain first‑hand experience by rotating through various departments, developing key skills and technical expertise in Design Engineering, Product Development, Technology and Analysis.

With tailored support from our team of experts, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable insights into different aspects of our business, including working directly with stakeholders at all levels. You will be challenged to demonstrate excellent communication skills as you collaborate with colleagues and clients alike.

We operate a hybrid working approach, where you’ll work three days a week in the office at our Hartlepool Manufacturing facility, with the flexibility to work from home the remaining two days.

The Application Process

Our selection process is designed to be fair, engaging, and inclusive. Shortlisted applicants will be invited to complete ability tests, such as mechanical reasoning, numerical, and verbal assessments, followed by interviews and assessment activities at our Hartlepool facility.

The Graduate Engineering Programme starts in September 2026.
