About the role


This role combines structured administrative support with practical, hands-on office coordination for the Engineering and Product teams.


You will act as the operational anchor for Engineering - providing proactive PA support, maintaining documentation and systems discipline, and ensuring follow-through across meetings and projects. Alongside this, you will provide reliable in-office support to keep product samples, deliveries, and practical tasks running smoothly.


This is a hybrid role requiring regular physical presence at our London HQ. While a technical background would be advantageous, it is not essential. What matters most is exceptional attention to detail, process discipline, reliability, and a willingness to step in wherever needed.
