Electrical Supervisor x 3 – North West (Site-Based Hybrid Role)

DAL Electrical Services Ltd is growing — and we’re looking for 3 experienced Electrical Supervisors to join our team.

The Supervisory role — it’s a hands‑on/off leadership position where you’ll be out on site, leading teams, ensuring quality, and driving projects forward across water treatment and automotive manufacturing facilities.

The Role

• Leading site teams and subcontractors
• Ensuring compliance with BS 7671 and H&S standards
• Delivering toolbox talks & safety briefings
• Managing documentation via tablet/laptop systems
• Carrying out audits, inspections & compliance checks
• Supporting and developing engineers on-site

Requirements

• 2+ years as an Electrical Supervisor
• Strong industrial experience (water treatment / automotive preferred)
• 18th Edition & NVQ Level 3
• Inspection & Testing (2391-52 or equivalent)
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Comfortable with digital reporting systems
