Field Service Engineer
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our team in the South of England.
Responsibilities
- Servicing, installing and repairing scientific instrumentation onsite, specialising in the company's inorganic product range (ICP, FT-IR, UV/Vis, GC & AA instrumentation)
- Covering a local territory across the M4 corridor with travel further afield in the South of England
- Diagnosing faults on complex scientific equipment to ensure prompt, flexible and customer-focused support
- Managing equipment parts and spare parts
Qualifications
- HND in engineering or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience servicing complex scientific instrumentation (chromatography, mass spectrometry, automation) from a range of instrument vendors
- Knowledge of GMP
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel up to 80% of the time
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
