Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineer
Location: Birmingham to Northampton
- Up to £47,000 pa
- 40 hour week
- 1 in 4 on call rota
- Travel minus 30 minutes each way
- 21+8 days holiday
- Time and a half Monday – Saturday & double time Sunday and bank holidays

We are currently seeking a Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team to work on one of our largest clients who is a well known coffee shop brand!
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out service, maintenance, and reactive repairs on a wide range of refrigeration and/or air conditioning equipment
- Diagnose faults efficiently and carry out effective repairs to minimise downtime for clients
- Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) in line with contract requirements
- Work on systems such as split AC systems, VRV/VRF, cold rooms, ice machines, and bottle coolers
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with F-Gas regulations and health & safety standards
- Accurately complete job reports, service sheets, and compliance documentation
- Manage your own workload and schedule effectively while working independently in the field
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering excellent customer service at all times
Essential Qualifications / Experience
- FGAS or Equivalent
- NVQ level 2 refrigeration & air conditioning – desirable
- Driver's Licence
