Electrical Engineering Placement / Internship – Delivery Team

About The Role

Binnies, an RSK Group company, is seeking Electrical Engineering Placement Students to join our Delivery team. You will support the planning, design, and delivery of a wide range of electrical and infrastructure projects across the UK. The placement is primarily office‑based with opportunities for site visits, client meetings, and occasional travel across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Delivery team with electrical engineering tasks
• Assist with calculations, electrical designs, and project documentation
• Contribute to reports, drawings, and technical deliverables
• Support the successful delivery of electrical systems and infrastructure projects

Essential Requirements

• Current study towards a degree in Electrical Engineering
• Strong interest in electrical systems, project delivery, and engineering solutions
• Good numerical ability and confidence using spreadsheets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing
• A proactive, self‑motivated approach and ability to work well in a team
• Interest in sustainable and resilient electrical infrastructure
