Monday – Friday 8.00am – 4.00pm, on call 1 in 4

About the role

Due to retirement we’re looking for a Controls Engineer who’s ready to take ownership, innovate, and make an immediate impact in a busy manufacturing company based in Poole. Roles / Responsibilities

• Update & modernise control, automation and electrical systems including PLCs, HMI, SCADA & instrumentation.
• Update maintenance systems to provide feedback and ensure maintenance systems are kept up to date.
• Provide automation, control and electrical support for engineering functions.
• Identify improvements and efficiencies on machinery and be involved in project work.

What We’re Looking For

• Electrical or Systems Engineering qualification.
• Experience within a manufacturing environment, particularly food or packaging.
• PLC programming language – Siemens, Rockwell, Allen Bradley.
